Sparkling citrus soda (aka βHomemade LaCroixβ) is a delicious, faintly sweet, effervescent beverage. More economical than buying from the store, this concoction is also gentler on the environment, straightforward to prepare, and will spare you from schlepping all those cans & bottles.
