Taste by dipping a piece of lettuce in the dressing; adjust flavoring as necessary
Prepare greens & veggies
Pour in half the dressing & toss gently
Taste & season. Add more dressing if desired.
📓 Notes Tips & Tricks:
For more delicate greens toss right before serving, or the leaves may wilt
Sturdier greens like kale and chard can be dressed up to an hour in advance of serving.
When tossing with spoons, try to use wooden or plastic - metal utensils can bruise the leaves
Using your hands allows you to gently and evenly coat each leaf of lettuce. Don’t over-toss or the greens may bruise or wilt
